Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the AlphaPulse app or alphapulsefit.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use AlphaPulse. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

• AlphaPulse provides general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.
• Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
• You participate in workouts at your own risk.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Some features require a paid Premium subscription. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by that store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse AlphaPulse: no harassment of other community members, no posting of unlawful or offensive content, no attempts to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, and no use of the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

• All workouts, videos, text, graphics, logos and software in AlphaPulse are owned by AlphaPulse Fitness, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You keep ownership of content you post, and grant us a license to display it within the service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AlphaPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaPulse Fitness, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury resulting from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of AlphaPulse after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
