The No-Equipment Bodyweight Workout You Can Do Anywhere
You don't need a gym or a single piece of equipment to get a great workout. Your bodyweight provides plenty of resistance to build strength, burn fat and improve conditioning — anywhere, anytime.
The full-body circuit
Complete 3-4 rounds, resting 60 seconds between rounds. Adjust reps to your level.
- Push-ups — 10-20
- Bodyweight squats — 15-25
- Walking lunges — 10 per leg
- Plank — 30-60 seconds
- Glute bridges — 15-20
- Mountain climbers — 30 seconds
How to make it harder
As you get stronger, increase difficulty without weights: slow down each rep, add pauses, reduce rest, or progress to harder variations like decline push-ups, pistol squats and jump lunges.

Why bodyweight training works
Muscles respond to tension and effort, not to a specific machine. Trained close to failure with progression, bodyweight movements build real strength and muscle — perfect for home, travel or busy days.
The takeaway
Run this circuit 3-4 times a week, push each set close to failure, and progress to harder variations. Fitness truly has no location.
